Hope in the Heart is inspired by founder Tam Martin Fowles' personal experiences as a mental health survivor, therapist, group facilitator and human being, and her long-term connections with peacemakers and survivors of trauma, distress and crisis across the globe. It aims to engender greater mental, emotional and spiritual well-being in its users, improving self-awareness, personal fulfillment and action in the community and contributing an ethos of empathy, compassion, and hope to the wider world.
